Some general details about the practice
My approach to therapeutic work is based in a strengths-based, whole-person perspective. My perspective is one of hope and compassion for the struggles in life we face as human beings. Together we can identify cognitive, emotion-focused and skills-based strategies you can readily incorporate into your life. Developing a writing practice is a strategy that you may find useful, and I can work with you to develop one that compliments your experience in therapy.

Currently, I am accepting new clients in the Greater Portland area and the State of Maine for telehealth and in-person therapy.
